THE PHI KAPPA PSI NATIONAL MENTORING PROGRAM<br />
At ourWoodrowWilson Leadership School, held in Buffalo, N.Y. June 17-21, we rolled out Phi Kappa Psi's<br />
Mentoring Program, put together for the Fraternity by appointed Fraternity officers and the alumni and<br />
undergraduates of Minnesota Beta at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minn.<br />
The alumni and undergraduate brothers involved in this effort, which took close to a full year of trial and<br />
error, have built a mentoring program that can be adopted and adapted to every fraternity chapter across<br />
the country. It is built on the principles of a 150+ year old Fraternity organization dedicated to “the job of<br />
